I do find it difficult to spend undistracted time with Q, because I always feel like I should be 'doing/accomplishing' something. It's hard to make myself understand that just gazing at my newborn is accomplishing something...a connection...a relationship. But it's so hard to do! 15 years into my journey, I'm still doing things that aren't going to matter in the long run--even when I know that my time of cohabitating with my little 'bunny' will be over in just a few short years.
